If you’re like me, you may have thought your days of Bachelor following were slowing down.

Ari was a disappointing pick and Becca’s season didn’t have enough spice to commit to a 2-hour episode. But this season has had more chaos and drama than even the producers could write in. After a long season of following Colton’s 30 relationships and many, many, “falling in love with you”s, you’ve made it through to the end.

If you haven’t accidentally read a spoiler or simply caved and looked up the winner yet, this Monday’s episode has a whole lot of questions to answer. To celebrate the final rose ceremony right, it’s time to summon your ladies and whip up a batch of Monday night cocktails like only the Bachelor season finale could warrant.

We all think we know the winner from the very first cocktail party, but with twists like Demi’s cutthroat dumping, Caelynn’s blindsided goodbye, and Cassie’s premature profession of love, Colton’s choices have been nearly impossible to predict.

However, the time has come to place your bets. Here are the cocktails to serve at your viewing party based on the personalities and experiences of the final. two. bachelorettes.

If you pick Hannah G:

Frozen Watermelon Margaritas

Frozen Watermelon Margarita

The frozen watermelon margarita is pink, sweet, and easy to sip on. As for the fruit, watermelon is one that tends to fly under the radar; it’s somewhat forgettable and few people find it terribly offensive. With a smooth consistency, this margarita won’t deliver too many surprises, but offers just enough of a tequila kick to keep things interesting.

Classic Grilled Cheese

This classic grilled cheese is an unassuming winner. It’s a little on the boring side, but involves way less drama than some of the other appetizers out there. The beautiful yet humble sandwich is loved by all and never fails to taste like home. Add bacon or pimiento to amp up the Southern charm. Just make sure to cut each sandwich into bite-sized squares and eat them *one* *small* *pinch* at a time.

If you pick Tayshia:

Bourbon-Champagne Cocktail

This bourbon-Champagne cocktail isn’t just another bubbly beverage. This drink is sophisticated, sleek, and slightly bitter, but still full of spritzy fun. A well-aged bourbon mellows out the crisp and vibrant citrus while adding an overall sweetness. Bright and boozy (but not too boozy), this drink is perfect for adventure seekers. Don’t forget to add in a twisted orange rind in honor of the lovely Orange County resident.

Southwestern-Style Meatballs

Meatballs are straightforward, but more complex than they appear. Our southwestern-style meatballs offer both sweetness and spice, with fresh flavors any Californian would love. Chopped corn tortillas in place of breadcrumbs offer an unexpected bite of something different. Seared on the outside yet tender on the inside, these flavorful bites will keep you satisfied and smiling.

If you choose to stay neutral:

We applaud your level-headedness, though we do not understand it.

All Things Rosy

Regardless of who wins, this rosewater simple syrup is the perfect way to top off any liquor of choice, and these strawberry roses make for an adorable and appropriate garnish. For dessert, our rose petal white chocolate bark is too easy to not provide as an after-show treat.

If you think heartbroken Colton will go home without a fiancée:

You can still participate.

We’ve seen how Colton isn’t the biggest fan of exotic fruits like dates and apricots. But we have heard that Colton is a serious peanut-butter lover, and we imagine he has probably taken spoon to jar on more than one occasion after his stressful (and potentially unsuccessful) journey for love.

Peanut Butter and Banana Cheesecake with Candied Bacon

Our peanut butter and banana cheesecake with candied bacon is a labor of love, but the perfect indulgent aid to a broken heart. This cheesecake has all the qualities we love, from blonde bananas to dependable peanut butter. It’s the perfect recipe for a loveable bachelor, if you will.

Make sure you don't forget the virgin cocktails.

Until next time, Bachelor nation.
